Durban Today: KZN MEC sends condolences to the Dlamini family

THE MEC has expressed her condolences on the passing of a football star, Mlondi Dlamini who died last week Sunday after a car accident.
According to the Media Release from the KwaZulu Natal MEC of Arts, Culture, Sport and Recreation, Bongi Sithole-Moloi said “Dlamini had a promising career in football we are deeply saddened by the news of the passing on of this talented young man”. Read more…

From spot to spot severely disabled Zithulele Dlamini creates beautiful human portraits for change with his joints in the city of Durban.
Born in Ngwavuma North of Kwazulu/Natal 42 years ago, he was diagnosed from birth with an undisclosed disease, which caused the loss of his hands whose details have never been divulged to him by his parents. His Durban arrival came during his transfer to the Wentworth Hospital to receive artificial hands. Read more…
Durban: Protest against Gender based violence.

AIDS Health Care Foundation (AHF) ethekwini Municipality and info4africa hosted a march against violence and women abuse from Durban City Hall to KwaMamuhle Museum.
The aim of the march was to raise awareness against the abuse of children and women in hopes of breaking the chains of ignorance and denial around gender- based violence. Read more…
